The Tourer is the touring variant of the V Star 1300, adding a windshield, lockable leather-wrapped hard saddlebags and a passenger backrest to the standard cruiser. It keeps the liquid-cooled 1304 cc V-twin with belt drive and a low seat, aimed at comfortable weekend touring.
